Everything moves in waves and cycles. If one is able to describe the phase of the current cycle, then one can take advantage of the flow. These cycles can be recognized as a sin wave where a trough and a valley take place. Remember, cycles do not go on forever, price will often leave potential clues that can lead to a continuation or reversal of said cycle.
